The short version

This site is run by Brooklyn Marie Music. By using it, joining the Inner Circle or placing an order, you agree to what is below.

Text message program

Program name: Brooklyn Marie Music — the Inner Circle.

The Inner Circle is a recurring marketing SMS/MMS program about new music, shows, announcements, and website updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

For web signup, you enter your mobile number, affirmatively check the unchecked SMS/MMS consent box, and select Join the Inner Circle. For keyword signup, you text JOIN to (320) 416-2567. Either action sends one confirmation request; your number remains pending and receives no marketing messages unless you reply YES from that handset. Only that YES reply activates the program and triggers the final confirmation.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To get help, reply HELP or email bookings@brooklynmariemusic.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket and others. Carrier support can change and is not guaranteed.

Email list

Joining with an email address opts you in to occasional email updates. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to join the Inner Circle, and if you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You may only submit a phone number you are authorised to use.

Orders

Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, email bookings@brooklynmariemusic.com and we will make it right.

Music, photos and artwork

The music, recordings, photographs, artwork and logos on this site belong to Brooklyn Marie Music and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Press and media may use the materials on the press page for coverage.

The site itself

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as-is. Show details can change; check with the venue before travelling.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page.
